When you talk, you make a series of choices about what subjects to discuss, what memories to bring up, and what points to make.
There always are negative things or words that you could say, but there also are positive ones.
Choose the positive.
Choose to speak encouraging words, don’t break people down.
Remember the GOLDEN RULE “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”
Follow the Golden Rule because life is a two way street.
Keep that in mind and you’ll be kind to everyone you meet.
Acknowledge abilities and efforts.
If someone feels inadequate, encourage them smile emoticon
Make it a habit to encourage those around you.
Therefore encourage one another and build each other up.
